Overall I was pleased with Dr. Hopkins expertise and Abilities.
However what I was not Impressed with was her attitude
when it came to Pt. lack of Insurance. "Please feel free to find
another provider" I was informed "I don't make no interest
loans" this despite the fact I continually made payments of
$100.00 -200.00 per Mo. and wasn't a deadbeat.
I feel she could of taken a different tact,instead she lost a
patient.

dr debbie hopkins treated a tooth which resulted in extreme pain,and there was insufficient anesthetic during the filling procedure which she blamed me for. Excuse me but she is suppossed to be the professional. when I went back to ask her to pull it or do something to help the pain she not only yelled at me that it wasn't her fault and wouldnt touch me (she took my money just fine before though) but refused to take any responsibility , and stated that "well remember it hurt you before you came to MY office". poor customer service and poor professional treatment, extremely poor social skills. The only thing she did right was recomend an excellent oral surgeon who sadly has now retired. I would run not walk from this dentist. I will say her staff was polite and professional, just not the hopkins herself.
