Dr Norooz and his staff are amazing! I can't say enough good things about them and I have been going to this clinic for over 8 years. I trust him to care for me and my family.
The level of customer service provider by Dr Norooz and his staff is rare. Making appointments has always been easy and the quality, safety, and efficiency of their care have always been outstanding.
Dr Norooz is capable of caring for problems that range from minor to very complex and he is skilled and willing to provide sedation when needed or requested.
He recently helped care for my aging father who has severe dementia and required a lot of dental work. It required considerable knowledge and patience to care for him and it was handled beautifully. I am certain that it would have been hard to find another dentist who would have been able and willing to provide the care that my father needed.
Last, but certainly not least, Dr Norooz is a very kind man who is genuinely interested in understanding his patients and how they are doing.
He and his team at One Stop Dentistry are the complete package and I would highly encourage anyone to try them.

I'm director of a child care I tripped over a toy landed on my face broke all my front teeth I looked horrible and I was scared to death .It was close to 5.00 pm . and my work is almost 30mins to Dr.Norooz 's office. When I called his office the
receptionist was so friendly and nice ,when I said it's almost 5.00,she said no worry we 'll wait for you .
.Dr. Norooz at first acted like a great psychologist
and calmed me down and promised me he will fix my teeth and they will look even better than before . After one hour of
work when he gave me the mirror I could not believe my eyes ,but my believe and trust in Dr.Norooz tripled .I recommend Dr. Norooz to all my friends and relatives.

Office old, dental chair uncomfortable, equipment outdated. You have to pay in advance before he will do any treatment. He has hurt me both times on his injections and numbed me for a cleaning! I went to him because of my anxiety and my first visit I had to tell them I wanted nitrous they gave me a rubber mask that didn't fit so basically didn't work. He then gave me my mask to take home so I could bring with me next time I come. He is friendly but not professional. I'm not sure any of his staff are trained. I will never refer or go back

I Love Dr Norooz and the staff. They are all friendly and very very professional. I went in thinking "I hate going to the dentist and he is goung to grill me about not taking care of my teeth" But, that was not the case here. Dr. Norooz came out to the looby and greeted me and told me he will make my smile even more brighter. My plan and cost was explained and I understood it clearly. When Dr. Norooz completed my visit, I looked in the mirror and I started to cry, I saw a diffrent person a greater smile and new outlook on how I look. Thank you Dr. Norooz. You ROCK!!!!! and Awesome. !!!!!!!!!!!

A Great Dentist but high priced. Treat you like a king. Staff was pleasant, offered me coffee, also new redisigned clinic very nice.

This guy is the best dentist you'll ever see, hands-down.
I ended up in the hospital due to a significant dental issue, and needed emergency work done. I had never met him nor even heard of him, but was given his number by hospital staff. The day I was discharged, I stumbled into his office, my jaw huge and swollen, at my wits end and shaking from all the pain I was experiencing. I did not have an appointment, but he was gracious enough to see me (given the situation), and got my work done in 15-30 minutes. Next thing I knew, I was crying from relief, and on my way home to rest. He was so kind, and reassuring. He did NOT give me any lectures, he just effortlessly and pleasantly helped a person who desperately needed emergency dental work.
About Hygienist: The hygienist, and girls at the reception desk were very sweet and helpful. The office is clean and soothing - it manages to hold all the necessary dental tools/equip without that creepy dentist office vibe.

Great dentist! Gave a great referral to a orthodontist after he was done with my work. I recommend him.

Office and equipment are old. Dental assistant was nice but not experienced and lacked professionalism. Dental cleaning consisted of flossing and polishing only, tartar/plaque buildup was not removed. My new dentist had a hard time believing that my previous cleaning was only six months prior. Dr. Norooz' exam of my teeth and gums seemed hurried. Big hype of the office was their purchase of the expensive Cerec machine used to make in-office ceramic dental restorations (avoids second trip to office).
Husband had dental work completed with Cerec machine and had discomfort with that tooth for several months. Given nitrous oxide for procedure and was frequently left alone and unmonitored by Dr. Norooz who seemed to be moving from patient to patient.
We have found a new dentist.
