Unethical and work is sub par. Did not check benefits and waited until after the procedures were done to start adding on costs. Poor customer service and no accountability. Would not return if the care was free.

Dr. Harrell has been my dentist for many years, seeing him at least twice per year for routine and non-routine procedures. I first went to him based on a referral from a co-worker. Dr. Harrell has shown himself to be honest as well as a provider of great dental care. He does not try to sell unnecessary procedures or bulk up the services provided. As testiment to the great service Dr. Harrell provides, for years I have continually recommended Dr. Harrell to my friends, family, and co-workers. As further testiment to my belief in his good work, I am now taking the time to prepare this review so that word of Dr. Harrell's practice gets out, especially in downtown Vancouver where is office is located.

I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Harrell via the internet.
From the 1st appt. I have felt very comfortable in his office, I have minimal. insurance and I knew I needed some extensive dental work done. After a complete exam including x-rays Dr. Harrell explained my current dental status, the additional bridge work and veneers I wanted and his recommendations. My x-rays were displayed on a screen showing how teeth appear in my mouth making his plan easy to understand. Dr. Harrell was very thorough and answered all my questions
After, Dr. Harrell's recommendations were presented to me on paper which included dental work to be done per appointment and costs involved . This has enabled me to easily schedule what I want to have done according to my time frame and budget.
Dr. Harrell and his staff manage to balance the utmost in professionalism and knowledge of dentistry with their friendliness and have made me feel comfortable and appreciated each time I come to the office

Dr. Harrell.
It is important to note his dental lab is located in the same building.~ faster turnaround and quick adjustments.
