scale cleaning and fillings. Many years her services was okay then about 2007 everything went south. Poor workmanship, fillings had to be redone by another dentist, who exclaimed"Who did this work". The poor work was brought to Dr. Mayeda's attention but she ignored the plea three times to correct the work.

Just got back from an appointment with Dr. Mayeda and it was the worst dental experience of my 37 years and I have had many dental experiences. She tried a fancy treatment for a very simple problem which resulted in my gagging and being very uncomfotable. Then she turned to the simple solution and even messed that up.
The staff was generally helpful and the facilities are fine. Don't know about cost yet.
