I have been going to Dr. Bates for 39 years. On my recommendation, I've had at least 4 people change dental clinics to use him; one drives all the way from Olympia. I've never had pain or felt anything less than I was his only concern. There is no staff turnover; everyone has been there for as long as I can remember! They are a family and treat their clients the same.

Dr. Bates was my frist dentist. At 5 years old I was afraid to go to the dentist. He and his staff made it very easy 21 years ago to want to go to the dentist. He continues the same sort of service today. Always friendly with a smile on his face! His Staff Kathy and Arlene are absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend his office!

I can recommend Dr Bates. He is courteous and professional and the results have been good. His staff is professional as well. The prices do seem to be on the high side. In addition, the office could use renovating as it seems a little old fashioned by today's standards.
