Horrible. Staff is rude. Offices are dirty. Bedside manner lacking. All about money. Stopped treatment after years and have never felt better.

These doctors are just out to get your money and their staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The offices are dirty and unprofessional. I had very little problem with my jaw but was referred to Dr. Mackman by an ENT for a simple mouth guard for a benign clicking in my jaw. I felt as though he was trying to hurt me/cause a problem during the examination. When he asked me if what he was doing hurt, I responded, "That would hurt anyone with the force you are using!" He scared me into believing I NEEDED a $1500 brace that I would wear for a year, 16-18 hours a day. He convinced me into getting a completely unnecessary CT SCAN. Thankfully I went to my dentist, who told me to leave it alone for 2 weeks and see what happens. Sure enough, the clicking remained, but there is no pain or problem. The worst part of all this is I want my records, and I have been trying for 2 months to get them released without success. My gut tells me this office is a bunch of quacks willing to "diagnose" a problem for anyone who steps into their offices. Since I have been there I have heard similar stories from others. I will be reporting them to the BBB, IPN and even local news agencies. I feel the only positive thing that can came is helping others STAY AWAY

Dr. Jay Mackman is a doctor that really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen, diagnois, and refer if necessary...my over all experience at this clinic has been very positive...he really is there to make a difference!!!! I would highly recommend him for tmj problems, he's the best around.
