Dr. Azim Presswala is a very uncouth individual. He caused me great emotional distress by insulting and degrading my physical appearance and refused he refused to apply a numbing agent during my partial root canal. I beg any prospective clients to not see him! Please don’t!!!!

Honest and forthright about getting my mouth/teeth to a healthy place, really quick and efficient. Absolutely no pain/discomfort when pulling my abscessed teeth, was done quickly and all right away, no waiting months between. Answered every question I had and has been really great about concerns. Very Impressed.

About Front Desk: really polite and efficient, had my file right there were able to schedule my next appointment without a huge hassle, extra forms or rechecking of insurance. they already knew, it was the smoothest exchange I have ever had at a dentists office

My family and I have only been going to dr presswala for three months. It took us awhile to find a dentist because Molina healthcare through the state only gives us so many options. my children said dr presswala was nice but my husband and I were very unhappy. He is rude and doesn't even know what having a bedside manner is. If you want to talk with him more about your care and other options he gets an attitude. I knew I had to get dentures and since there office doesn't put you out for abstractions he referred me to an Oral surgeon.But I ended up having an emergency so I had to go in and get one tooth pulled because of the pain. I told dr presswala ahead of time about my anxiety issues and I never had a tooth pulled it was like he was mad that I was getting emotional and didn't care. It felt like I was irritating him because I was so anxious and had tears in my eyes. He was very aggressive numbing my mouth and when he came back he told me to open up and was very forceful and had no empathy that I was scared he pulled the one bottom tooth out. And when he was finished he stuffed gauze in my mouth. I left in tears and very upset. It took my husband an hour or so to calm me down.

About Front Desk: I go to the office on 84th and Lincoln in west Allis and the girls are ok up in front. I've noticed if you let them have an attitude towards you they continue to do it. But if you stand your ground and still pleasant doing it they seem to change there tune. I've been there 8 times dealing with mine and my family appointments and they have been nice every time after that first appointment

About Hygienist: The hygienist are great. I feel bad for them because of dr.presswala's horrible way he treats his patients its like they make excuses for him. They really go out of there way to make sure when you leave you feel better and have questions answered. I've gone to the office for only 3 visits just for myself and I'm always upset after I have to deal with dr presswala. But the girls back there really try to help you leave feeling a little better. This last time I was there I was in tears and visibly upset and I think the girl was really lost for words. I think she knew nothing she could say would make a difference.

Dentist from HELL. PLEASE don't go HERE.. U AT RISK !!! This guy should truly be shut down....
