Read Reviews for Dr. Robert Ritter
I have had many procedures and treatments done in this office. After switching to another dentist I found that the work that was done was of poor quality and resembled work of dentistry in the 1970s. I had to have all the fillings and crowns redone with a personal cost of upwards of 8000 dollars. I received a second opinion before having the work done and both dentists agreed that his work was of terrible quality. If you would like to keep your teeth in your mouth I would highly recommend you leave this dentist.

My family and i have been seeing Dr. Ritter for 30 years
He started in practice with his father after graduating Marqutte dental school.
He is a specialist in orthodontry, dental surgery as well as general dentistry
One thing that he does, that I respect, is he never stops his dental education
He regularly attends seminars and post grad education classes and it shows in his knowledge and competence with modern dentistry.
My children, now adults, have seen him since they were small
he has helped my eldest with major reconstruction caused by a birth defect. He has worked with her through the decades to facilitate an adaptive process and teeth she is happy with
He has done crowns and bridges with me and my wife and the work is done with the best quality materials and they last decades, so far.
We trust his skills and his judgement, in part because he takes the time to help you understand your situation and his recommendations

I have put tens of thousands of dollars into my mouth after what Dr. Ritter did to my teeth as a child. If I had known what he was doing, I would have had my parents talk to him first. But being a child, i did not know better and trusted him. Also, as a child, I hated getting the novacaine, so i would opt not to. After he had drilled a huge hole in the center of one of my teeth, he got up to answer and chat with his golf buddy for later that day. I sat in that chair for 20 minutes of exposed tooth. Because of that experience, I now have panic attacks when going to the dentist. Now, at 30, I am finally close to done fixing all the work that he had done. And by the way, the two dentists I have seen since then have been blown away and can't figure out why or what he did. I wouldn't wish that man on anyone.

I had lost my first 4 teeth in the top front from a fall. Dr. Ritter had just returned from a vacation. He came in on a Sat. and spent six hours "fixing" me so I could be seen in public. I was listening to an audio book, and Dr. R would turn the tapes when needed. He had to do 2 root canals...and they have never been a problem. He is one of the nicest people that I have ever known. He really cares. His office is older, (he began his dentistry with his Dad) and it is not fancy...but then their overhead is not as high. I would totally trust him with any dental problem. The more you go to him..the better you will like him.
About Hygienist: I can't remember her name..because I forget all names it seems. I always had the same hygienist...the lady with the very long hair. She is/was fantastic. Loved her.
