Some dentists that spend their profits building fancy buildings and the latest hi-tech gadgets, and treat you like a rung on their ladder to personal fame & fortune. Dr. Sachs is so accommodating with last-minute appointments (if at all possible), and reassuring before any procedures are performed, that it's almost a pleasure to visit the dentist. The facilities aren't fancy, but I go to there because the work is excellent, and the people there make you feel welcome and are genuine. Dr. Sachs makes every effort to make sure you are informed as to what she will be doing, and that you're comfortable.
Any insurance questions or problems have never seemed to be an imposition for them, and they have resolved the few that have come up without making you feel that there was any issue. Very helpful.
About Hygienist: Luta (sp?) is also excellent with her reassuring attitude. Very professional and personable.
