I found Dr. Koester and his staff to be extremely sympathetic, caring, and patient to my being terrified of needing any dental work done. Before they even did any work on my teeth, they made sure I was calm and walked me through every detail. I found the office staff to be extremely personable and professional. If you have any qualms or terrified of having any dental work done, Dr. Koester and his staff are the best people to see. I have highly recommended them to family and friends. Thank goodness for dentists like Dr. Koester. They have also referred me specialists who are of the same quality of dentist as Dr. Koester. I have only had exceptional service and care.
About Hygienist: I have had two different hygienist while at this office. Both ladies were very professional, caring, and wonderful people. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was ready before they would start on the cleaning process. I always leave feeling I had the best possible care and my teeth always felt so clean. Both ladies were extremely gentle!

I was experiencing dental pain with a lot of anxiety to treatment issues. Dr. Koester and his staff were very informative and kind in taking the time for me to understand my needs. From the time that I called until the completion of my care I have always felt a warm reception.
I had fractured a molar tooth and thought that I might need to have extensive treatment, like a root canal. During the preparation of the tooth I was told what to expect next. They even offered me FREE nitrous oxide to calm my fears! I feel that I will be making a life long dental relationship with Dr. Koester and his staff. Thank you! Don B.

Maybe I am out of touch with the real world, but I got a bill for $252 for a very simple cavity. That is terribly expensive.
The office is very nice with all the latest technology, but the customer really pays for that in a big way.
I think I am going to try to find a good old-fashioned dentist.

As soon as you walk in to Dr. Koester's office, you are always welcomed with a warm smile...especially helpful with two small children. The hygentist is awesome, very gentle and very appealing to younger children. Dr. Koester is the most gentle dentist I have ever experienced, his mannerism is fantastic, very accomodating to children also. TWO THUMBS UP to this Oak Creek office!
