Read Reviews for Dr. David Brown
I saw Dr Brown in 2010. His team is the best of the best. Dr. Brown did a thorough exam. He answered all of my questions addressed each issue with thoughtful concern, knowledge and experience. Dr Brown holds several degrees Medical and Dental he is highly skilled yet caring. Each patient is individual and their treatment his primary concern. I felt i had the very best of care; a root canal pain free. Mia is the office manager, she is highly skilled in all aspects of running a busy office yet her priority is customer service. She wasted no time helping me determine insurance coverages and finding a time to fit my schedule. I will be seeing Dr. Brown again this week. I expect the same high quality service and precision medical care. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Brown did an excellent job with my two root canal treatments on the same day. Before going to Dr Brown, I visited 2 other endodonists that were recommended by my general dentist for a consult. My experience with those other experts was not that great, so I checked out this website and found Dr Brown through the good reviews.
I went to Dr Brown with high expectations from what I read in this website and I was very pleased with him. He is very attentive to detail which is what I was looking for since I'm a bit of a perfectionist. He did an excellent job and took the time to make sure everything was great. He also took the time to explain what was happening at every step of the way which is very important for me because in addition to being a perfectionist and I also like to feel in control and know what's going on.
I've also found him to be very caring and to have a nice personality. He checks with you often to see you how you are doing.
The office is very comfortable and on the 17th floor with a great view of the bay which helps to relax. The cost is pretty much the same as other endodonists.
I can confidently say that my search for an endodonist is over. Thank's doctoroogle.com and thanks to Dr. Brown for an excellent job.

First rate in every way. I've had two root canals this year, and Dr. Brown delivered exemplary service each time. He cares about his patient's welfare, takes you through each step of the process, is extremely considerate of any discomfort, and follows up on his own time to make sure the procedure was successful. I hope I never have another root canal, but if I do, Dr. Brown will be the one to handle it.

I went to Dr. Brown for my very first root canal. I have had some very bad/painful dental experiences in the past and i was very afraid of having a root canal. So afraid, in fact, that i couldn't stop crying when i went in just for the consultation! Dr. Brown was incredibly kind and did everything he could to make me feel more comfortable--including giving me a valium to take in the morning before coming in for the procedure--and didn't make me feel at all foolish for being so afraid (as other dentists have). In the end, the root canal really was not nearly as bad as I had imagined--certainly not as bad as the anticipation. Dr. Brown let me know what was going on all the way through and checked often to make sure that i was comfortable. I can't say that it was completely painless, but there was certainly nothing excruciating. In fact, there were 4 things that hurt--the first was the initial novocaine shot, the other 3 were no worse or longer lasting than that. I highly recommend Dr. Brown. The only thing couldn't give him 4 stars for was the price, but from what i know, his price is right in line with everyone else in San Francisco. I guess root canals are just really expensive.

Dr. Brown is super! I endured a year of pain, headaches and several neurological tests after a dentist told me nothing was wrong with my teeth. A new dentist saw the problem tooth immediately, and sent me right to Dr. Brown, who performed an almost painless root canal. My pain is completely gone and I can't thank him enough. He was also great in the follow-up--called me twice to make sure I was doing fine.

Excellent service from very intelligent but compassionate endodontist. He does a great job of explaining what is going on with your teeth and what your options are and is very thorough in follow-ups. Very precise in a Scottish (I think he's Scottish?) way. Small office but very professional Reasonable prices for the area, but it's an expensive area.

Dr Brown is the best. I came to him in severe pain after seeing countless other dentists. Dr Brown gave ended up giving me a retreat root canal. I had many other diagnosis' that would have potentially been risky and caused me nerve damage. Dr Brown convinced me otherwise with a less invasive procedure. from the minute i walked in through the months following with each follow-up--the competency, expertise, professional, and staff's warmth was top notch. i urge anyone that might be hesitant because of finances to not neglect themselves and to have the best dentist possible. its worth every penny. you will see and feel the difference and know you made the right decision, ,and in the end you would have paid more.
