Dr. Robbins saved me! I had a terrible experience with a dentist who took me through 2 weeks of H*** by extracting a wisdom tooth that did not need to come out. I came to Dr. Robbins in pain, frustration and a tiny wallet. He immediately noticed I did in fact have dry socket and an infection. Two things in which the other doctor claimed I did not have.
He came in early to work to accommodate my new job schedule and made sure it was taken care of right away. He was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process, explaining what was going on in my mouth, why it hurt, and how we were going to fix it. I was so grateful to him and his wonderful staff for accommodating my needs.
He also explained a procedure which could hide the huge white spots I have on my two front teeth! This is something I have tried to change since I was 11 yrs old (now 23) but other dentists had no solution but expensive veneers. He was not pushy, never tried to "sell" me the procedure and just offered the best price he could for such a detailed process. As soon as I save up enough money I will be right back in there with full confidence and trust in his work. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Robbins!
About Front Desk: Jessica was so great in helping me out! She took care of all of the billing and even took payment from my boyfriend over the phone (who wanted to pay for one of my procedures). She was very accommodating and helpful!

I asked for gold based crowns and was told that there was no such thing. He explained that the melting point of gold made it impossible to bond it to porcelain. After the white metal based crowns were installed. I read in dental literature that gold based crowns have been out for years. When I told him he said that he gets 25 periodicals..
I told him I would be willing to pay for him to replace the crowns with gold (yellow) based crowns and he put me off, but finally he flatly refused to correct the problem. Workmanship is great which is why I wanted him to do the work.
When requesting that my records should be retained, I am reminded that they only keep them for a short time.

I cannot say enough in praise of Dr. Robbins' skills. Not only did he repair my 8 year old son's broken off (fell and hit a bench while playing handball at school) front teeth (NO one can even tell they were broken (!) but he has kept my teeth in outstanding condition for many years.
I did not know dentists could be so caring AND so talented. I'm not in 'the biz' but I have teeth that are easily the equal of anyone who's on camera....not a false of fake one in the bunch, just good knowledge on the good doctor's part makes them picture perfect :)
AND (this is the biggie) NO PAIN!!! For me, that's really something! Their insurance help is a lifesaver. GREAT DENTAL GROUP :)!!!
Dr. Robbins is a wonderful physician, kind, considerate, caring and KNOWLEDGEABLE... and most effective. I look forward to my twice yearly checkup.
The staff are equally a delight.
About Hygienist: WONDERFUL woman! I used to HATE dentists and having my teeth cleaned, but Dr. Robbins' staff are amazing and now having my teeth cleaned is actually a pleasure!
