I had called Dr Thorpe after hours due to a piece of sharp bone that was pertruding my gum line and cutting my tongue when I would eat and speak. It was annoying. Dr Thorpe told me that he would meet me at his office on a Saturday as soon as he was able to. Both Dr Thorpe and his wife met me
at his office to remove the sharp piece of bone, so that I wouldn't have to suffer the rest of the weekend. I am so impressed! He is genuine concern for his patients shows. I am so glad that I have Dr Thorpe as a doctor. I will recommend him to everyone I meet that requires an oral surgeon. Thank you so much Dr and Mrs Thorpe. - Bella V

Dr. Thorpe has removed the wisdom teeth of three of my children and a few baby teeth. Each procedure was done in a three appointment process. At the first appt. the staff did an excellent job of evaluating the need for the procedure and informing the patient about each step of the procedure. But, most importantly, at the second visit, the teeth were removed quickly and each child healed up with no problems, no swelling and thanks to the meds, no pain.
The third visit was a post-surgery follow up. I appreciate that I have never had to wait very long in the waiting room for our appointments. Dr. Thorpe and his staff have been friendly and efficient at each visit. I plan to take my other children to him when they need to have oral surgery done.

I went to Thorpe after being recomended but he was not worth the pain and suffering that came from his work. I went in to Dr. Thorpe to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted but in turn he jammed one of my wisdom teeth right underneath my cheek bone. During the entire procedure I was forced to wake up walk take x-rays then be put back under while he tried to locate the tooth in my sinus'. After putting me on a mild pain killer I developed an infection in the sockets which were required to be treated, he forgot he did the treatment and reopened the wounds to locate the guaze. I do not suggest Thorpe to anyone. When emergency treatment was required he put me off for "temple" and did not see me till late afternoon the following day. Thorpe showed no emotion to the situation, nor cared.

Dr. Thorpe was to remove my 15 year old son's wisdom teeth, however he removed a molar instead. Now my son has to endure an implant surgery.
