The office manager is rude incompetent and has no sympathy for a patient in pain. i would not reccomend Dr. Garlands office to anyone who expects a bit of respect. The only positive thing i have to say is there are cookies up front.

I have had two root canals done by Dr. Garland over the past 6 years. I have also been to him on several occasions regarding questionable root canal related problems. He is excellent and all my root canals have been successful. He is very very nice. His assistants are very nice as well. His receptionists are very understanding and accommodating and will always get you in if there is an emergency. Once when I called with root canal pain and he was on vacation, they quickly scheduled me at another dentist's office. He has very modern equipment. His prices are very reasonable and not on the high end of the scale. The great thing is he has microscopes or whatever theyt call them so that he can really see the root, which makes me feel safer getting a root canal done by him versus a regular dentist. He has the special equipment and expertise that i do not feel a regular dentist would have. Very pleasant, clean and friendly office. GO TO RANDY GARLAND...well, hopefully you never will need to but if you have root pain, he is the guy to go to.
