Good luck getting them to answer their phone! I have called repeatedly, probably at least 14 times, at different times on different days trying to get appointments and also to discuss billing questions. They have answered twice. Their voicemail message is a friendly voice that says their hours and then tells you to push 0 to leave a voicemail. When I push 0 it loops me back to the beginning of the message. Seriously?! There is no way to get in touch with them.
I was somewhat happy with the dental work that they did; however, I feel that they rush through the cleanings in order to keep the visit short. I appreciate the attempt to move me through quickly but I don't feel like I got a great cleaning. The staff was friendly but not very enthusiastic.
I was going to try to get in with them one more time this year but they won't answer the phone. I went to a different dentist as a result and realized that Dr. Dunham's office is a bit too dated for me. They appear to have nice current technology but there is much better out there. My recommendation is to keep looking.
About Front Desk: I don't know the names of the ladies but they seem like they do not like their jobs much. They have no enthusiasm. They do what is necessary (besides answering the phone) but they are not about service with a smile.

Painless. Professional. Work completed. Likes the same music I do. He got me to Alaska for the firsts time. I went back many times after. Had nothing to do with,,,well the northern lights were incredible. Coming to see you this summer Bob. Pablo.

Dr Dunham is an excellent dentist. Very mindful and friendly.
Most importantly, very good!
My wife and I both go to him and will continue to go.
Have never had to go back for any work he has performed on us.
Cost is very reasonable.
I totally recommend him. Feel very at ease with his work and chair-side manners.
About Hygienist: Have had 2 different hygenists.... both have been very good.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dunham for my entire life. He is extremely gentle, thorough and approachable. I have moved out of the Brea, CA area and now live in San Diego and still make the trip up to him! I would definitely recommend him!
