terrible. cold. didnt care how much pain he was putting me through or that the local anesthetic did not take- through my screams he continued to pull and prod at my tooth. TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST AGAIN. did not care that the medication he prescribed me for pain didnt work. he was more concerned that 'people crush in up and liquify it to shoot it up'- although i have no history of drug abuse.

Awful dentist (oral surgeon). Cold manner. Rude staff. You get what you pay for.

The staff was very nice, getting an appointment to fit my schedule was very easy, they were very acommodating. (almost too acommodating, like they had no other appointments scheduled at all).

I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed several years back. I had a bad experience. I only saw the doctor about five minutes before he began the procedure. He removed all four of my teeth in less that half an hour and I was rolled out of his office before the anesthea wore off. My friend even commented on how quick it was afterwards. He said he didn't even have time to go to the restroom and they were rolling me out. I had a bruise along the side of my neck and jaw for about two weeks afterwards. When I asked him about it in a follow up exam he just curtly said it was fine and that was it. He didn't address my concerns. I will not be going back to that office.

I have seen Dr. Sorensen four or five times, he always takes time to explain every thing he is going to do, very kindly man along with his father who also works there. The front desk help seem to work very good together, manners are very good and they seem to enjoy their jobs working for him. Offers to put you to sleep if you want making it painless. If you need major work this is the man to see.
