I'm 47 and had an impacted lower wisdom tooth that he removed. Relatively painless and seems very competent. Efficient office and helpful staff. He requires anesthesia for removal of a lower impacted tooth, but I would have preferred trying to do it without anesthesia. I highly recommend him.

I know this doctor: 1 month

I like Dr Mossop and his crew. he is professional and kind. I always feel safe there. The staff follow up, and Dr himself calls you after your procedure.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and had a good experience. Very pleasant doctor and staff. I strongly recommend the office. Less expensive than my first dentist.

The office is nice, as I work in healthcare and I am extremely critical....it appears to have been converted from another type of facility. Yet I was impressed with the comfortable "at home" feeling, and the front desk area is very "up to code" with privacy protection. At any rate Dr. Mossop has impressive education and history as a practitioner. He took his time in explaining all treatment options-aspects. The only thing of which I feel compelled to comment on is his billing staff. The young lady essentially told me to "call the unsurance myself" when faced with a billing "snafu" I found this to be extremely inconvenient, and her way of informing me that she no longer desired to put forth effort in dealing with my insurance was very unprofessional. In closing this billing issue is one that I have ran into in my career in family practice---all that was required was a phone call to the insurance carrier, which I did my self. It would have been the proverbial "extra mile" for her to have called to correct said issue. The reason I say all of this is that for myself it was a nuisance ---- yet for a "layman" or one who does not understand insurance-medical language this could have been a nightmare !! !!! !!!
