My daughter was 9 when Dr. Maranon removed 4 teeth to prepare her for braces. We returned a year later for him to brace an impacted tooth. At each visit, Dr. Maranon and his staff helped put my very nervous daughter at ease. I was completely impressed with this office. They worked with us on payment plans and when my insurance paid a little more than expected, the office sent me a nice letter and check for the amount overpaid (something I hadn't caught when my statement arrived.) Very trustworthy and professional office.

I did not like the way they dealt with thier fees. They were recommened by my insurance plan and the office sat with me at length and quoted me one price at our consultation. But, when I showed up with my son for the oral surgery I was charged substantially more & told they would not perform the procedure without up front payment. Five months later I was sent a bill for more money with interest charges attached. When I called my insurance I was told the Dr's office had not even submitted the bill to insurance yet and based on the bill sent to me I was being overcharged my portion. Again I love the oral surgeon, but his billing dept needs a tune up.
