My surgery with Dr. Jackson had many unexpected outcomes. All surgeries carry some amount of risk and I have to live the rest of my life with very unfortunate results. My case was complex and I am not sure that I would have had better results with a different surgeon. I can that Dr. Jackson has a complete lack of empathy and will not assist patients with a poor outcome.
About Front Desk: Indifferent. The most caring receptionist is no longer there. The remaining staff exists to cover Dr. Jackson's ass.

Dr. Jackson is fabulous; You can tell he truly cares about his patients and that oral surgery is his passion. Tremendous bedside manner, follow-up, as well as overall knowledge and expertise! (he performed my leForte, orthognathic surgery as well!)

Dr. Jackson did my wisdom teeth and he was awesome. I got a little nervous during the procedure and he went very slowly...and was very kind.

dr jackson rocks !!! he did my wisdom teeth exctraction and i had no problems also his office people are great. they work really well with insurance comps they gave me all the pain meds on the pre op that way i didnt have to get them filled after the surgery over all hes a really nice dr to have

Dr Jackson performed orthgnathic surgery on my jaws. He is hands down the best one in the area. I healed better than anyone expected, the results are amazing. He and his staffing are all first-class.
