Read Reviews for Dr. Linda Miyatake
I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Miyatake is the BEST. I 2 had wisdom teeth removed in my twenties (25+ years ago) and also took my 16-year-old elsewhere 5 years ago and we both had the WORST experiences. Dr. Miyatake changed everything! I went to her last year to remove two more of mine and had NO BLEEDING or SWELLING, a pain free experience! She is so kind and I actually had an enjoyable experience! There is no one better!

Exactly a year ago, our general dentist referred my husband to Dr Miyatake for a wisdom tooth extraction. The minute my husband sat down with her (I was in the room With him), we felt rushed and "anxious" because of her demeanor and tone of voice. She probably stayed with us for a good 2 minutes and basically told us that until she sees the 3D X-ray she isn't sure that she can commit to his surgery. $255 later (my husband paid out of pocket), see we're sent out to another site for a 3D X-ray. Because of this poor experience, I convinced my husband to get a second and different referral. Needless to say, we never came back. Instead, our general dentist referred us to DR. Fagin and he was wonderful! Oh, and he whole experience with Dr Fagin was more pleasant; today, tooth extracted (3D X-ray was done onsite and no charge), ant my husband is 1 week post op.
Thoughts for dr Miyatake: please practice better "bedside manner"! And... to your staff, don't judge patients who are cash paying! We would've paid no matter what! And now, my husband is under my insurance (delta)!! You have just lost us and a ton of other referrals to your office!
I know this doctor: Was referred by our general dentist

Dr. Miyatake is arrogant with a superiority complex. I agree with some of the other reviews here. She is condescending, rude and desperately needs to back to school and learn some manners.
I brought my wife here for a wisdom tooth extraction. During our consultation with her, I was looking at something while she was speaking and she was apparently offended by that and very curtly said to me, "Look at me!". I didn't react to her tone of voice but that was the precise moment I decided not to hire her.
I don't care if she is a doctor. Attitude is everything to me. If you can't treat people with dignity and respect then you don't deserve the title of doctor.

I just had my consultation w/ Dr. Miyatake for a wisdom teeth extraction procedure. First, the facility is warm and inviting. Also, the staff is amiable and helpful. The experience was excellent from entering the office to exiting the place. Dr. M. is direct and professional. Her assistance reviews and breaksdown the cost estimates with you which is an extra step I didn't have w/ my general dentist or periodontist. I will go back later this week for the actual surgery and will follow-up on my review, but so far I give Dr. M a big thumbs up! BTW, she asked how I found her and when I told her through online reviews, she was unaware about them and pleasantly surprised.
