Great experience. Clean and professional office. Dr. VanBrocklin was excellent in answering questions, explaining procedures. I had IV sedation so there was no pain.

About Front Desk: The staff was friendly and great. Answered all my questions.

Dr. Van Brocklin made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him. He explained to me what he needed to do - and very clearly. I felt like I had known him for years and fully trust him with anything I may need done in the future. Before the procedure, he joked around with me and made me feel calm. During the procedure, he explained to me exactly what he was doing and reassured me that everything was going well. I actually left the office with a smile on my face. I give Dr. Van Brocklin an A+++

About Front Desk: The staff is AMAZING. Before my procedure, a dental assistant stayed with me and chatted with me. There's nothing worse than waiting in a room by yourself before a procedure. But the dental assistant stayed with me and chatted with me the whole time. She kept me distracted and made me feel calm. When the dentist was putting in the local anesthesia, the dental assistant could tell it hurt. She grabbed my hand and held it tight until the dentist was done. The front desk staff was wonderful as well. I don't have dental insurance, and they told me what to look for in dental insurance if I decide to get it. She said to call if I had any questions and she'd help me find the right insurance for me. Since I don't have dental insurance, I wanted to spread out my expenses: take out one tooth now, and take the other 2 out at a later date. There was no pressure from the office at all to change my mind. They didn't make me feel guilty for wanting to spread it out. They actually broke down the costs for me and helped me decide what to do. They showed nothing but support. After only going to this office a couple of times, I feel like I have friends there. I feel like they truly care about me -- and I actually look forward to going back.

Dr. Van Brocklin has a wonderful bedside manner. Very caring, thorough and professional. Would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. Did a great job with wisdom teeth extractions.

I could not be happier with the service performed. No one likes oral surgery, but if you need it I would strongly suggest Dr. Van Brocklin. I had a front tooth implant done by my childhood dentist removed and replaced with 100% satisfaction

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. This procedure that normally takes about 30 minutes took all of 2 hours! Including the part where I was supposed to be put to sleep but that never happened. So instead of being sleep Im yelling ouch! After a few days my left side of my face is numb (mind you all of my 4 wisdom teeth were extracted). I am really worried about the left side of my face hoping there was no nerve damage done. This was the worst pain I've ever been in in my life. :( *tear

After fifteen years I have just had my second implant from Dr. Van Brocklin. I can report zero, yes zero, problems. A difficult extraction, bone marrow transplant, six months of regular monitoring and finally a smooth installation of the post. Excellent, personable, well trained staff. As a final courtesy they are on time with appointments. Highest recommendations.

Has an awesome personality and is extremely professional. Everyone on his staff is also VERY nice.
