About Front Desk: The staff is AMAZING. Before my procedure, a dental assistant stayed with me and chatted with me. There's nothing worse than waiting in a room by yourself before a procedure. But the dental assistant stayed with me and chatted with me the whole time. She kept me distracted and made me feel calm. When the dentist was putting in the local anesthesia, the dental assistant could tell it hurt. She grabbed my hand and held it tight until the dentist was done. The front desk staff was wonderful as well. I don't have dental insurance, and they told me what to look for in dental insurance if I decide to get it. She said to call if I had any questions and she'd help me find the right insurance for me. Since I don't have dental insurance, I wanted to spread out my expenses: take out one tooth now, and take the other 2 out at a later date. There was no pressure from the office at all to change my mind. They didn't make me feel guilty for wanting to spread it out. They actually broke down the costs for me and helped me decide what to do. They showed nothing but support. After only going to this office a couple of times, I feel like I have friends there. I feel like they truly care about me -- and I actually look forward to going back.
