Estimate for implants was 40% less than the first oral surgeon I went to and offered a 12 month interest free payment plan. Office is posh and immaculate and parking is ample and free. Customer service is okay. The 2 people at the front desk were inundated on the phones and barely made contact with me when I first arrived. I waited a while before the person respnosible for discussing the cost and payment plan was able to see me in another waiting room. I was the only patient in the waiting area when I arrived, but when I left, the waiting area was full. The reception area has a bulletin filed with thank you letters to Dr. Lee. Seems to have alot of repeat patients.
Dr. Lee is certainly personable and gave a demonstration with props of implant and alternative procedures that he obviously has given many times over. He indicated that he has been performing implant surgery for over 10 years. I never received a follow up call as promised from the person responsible for scheduling implant surgery. After some thought, I decided to search on the web for more detailed information and see an oral surgeon that would be closer to my home.
If you live in Tustin and need an implant specialist, this may be worth looking into.
