TAKEN MY 8 YEAR DAUGHTER TO THIS OFFICE TWICE, 1-2HOUR DRIVE TIME TO GET THERE. ON THE MORNING of my daughter's schedule appointment I noticed she was wheezing and having trouble breathing also she became ill to her stomach I was unaware if her stomach was a separate issue due to nerves or being able to eat so I alerted the office that my child was ill and if I can reschedule for morning appointment on another day because I wasn't sure what this illness was due to whether it was due to her asthma and her wheezing I felt it unsafe for her to be put under either way she was unable to make it to the appointment. The woman who said she was the office manager let me know how unfortunate that was because I was told the office would charge me $300 because my daughter didn't feel well. Because of my infuriation I proceeded to tell the woman where she could stick it! Wow I am utterly shocked I drive 2 hours I'm a medical patient I don't have $300 to give a doctor office because my child cannot breathe and she scheduled for surgery ?? UNSAFE for a child to be put under anesthesia while wheezing due to asthma complications? A STRUGGLING SINGLE MOTHER OF 2 YOUNG CHILDREN AND 1 YOUNG ADULT CHILD IN COLLEGE.

Been there only 2 times for my child. Staff is SOOOOOO LAZY! complain about dealing with insurance companies about getting authorization...That's THEIR JOB! ALWAYS SAY INSURANCE DOESNT COVER SOMETHING! I call my insurance and say it is covered just needs to be coded a certain way. They don't work with you on trying to get it covered. Want to charge over $1500 just to remove a tooth and pull one down...OUT OF MY OWN POCKET FOR ONE TOOTH. The Dr. is very shaky in his hands and doesn't have a human side. Robotic and unempathetic! NEVER EVER GO THERE!

About Front Desk: Lyndsay and Sue are very unprofessional and don't do anything but try to take your money and have attitude because they can't do their own jobs and have to make the patient do the work for them... Never go there!

removed lower wisdom's,over sedated my child,i was terrified watching as he hyporventilated and cried for 30mins.totally unawear of were he was,then they rushed us out only to find out no elevator,I had to carie a 200pd.doped up child down a flight of stairs,I am still struggling with the image of what he went thru.never again!

I was mislead. after thinking im getting implants. the implants they installed are mearly for a set of dentures. no actuall implants. i will still have to ware dentures. I feel ripped off. i already have stupid dentures and they suck. now i paid for all this in cash beacuse no insurance will cover it.
