I had been going to this dentist every 6 months for 4 years. He did not check my teeth after every cleaning. I thought that was strange but didn't think too much of it. At my last appointment the hygienist asked Dr. Abdel-Maqsoud to look at my teeth because she thought I might have a cavity. He claimed I needed 5 fillings! I went to another dentist for a second opinion because I couldn't understand how I would all of a sudden need 5 fillings. Turns out I don't have any cavities and one of the teeth he claimed needed a filling already has one. The work he had done in the past was good but this dentist is a crook and I wouldn't recommend anyone see him.

I love this guy! He is the most gentle dentist it has ever been my pleasure to visit. One visit in particular stands out in my mind; I had to have a painkiller shot and I have never liked needles, so I shut my eyes and said, "Tell me when it's over". He replied, "I already did it".
His office staff is exemplary and makes you feel quite at home.
As my insurance covers my costs, I cannot truly say if he is expensive or not, but if he is, he's worth it.
You will not find a more pleasant dental experience.

I have been to Dr Maqsoud for for 12 years. He has always treated me and my family like his own. He is a dentist you can trust. The staff is wonderful and know you by name. I have never been disappointed.
