Found Dr Onstad to be very professional. He made me feel at ease and explained everything before we started. Had a successful extraction and no after effects.

First issue - He performed a bone graft and implant procedure and the bone graft disappeared after a few years. It simply dissolved and the implant became unstable.
Second issue - He clearly stated that the extraction procedure was fully covered by my insurance before he did any work. I then received a bill for more than $500 that the insurance didn't cover.
Third issue - the temporary replacement is literally falling apart in my mouth.
I'll go to a mechanic for dental work before I ever go back to Dr. Onstad.

Dr Onstadt has treated both my wife and myself. I would highly recommend him to my children and grandchildren.

I was referred to Dr. Onstad by my Dentist for and extraction and evaluation for an implant. I had the extraction done but would NEVER return to this provider. I was required to pay a extra fee for sedation even though I have had other teeth removed by another provider in his practice under local. A standard arrogant Dr. that refused to listen to my wishes. No wonder people dont like dentists
