About Front Desk: If I can give them 0 stars, I would. The front desk staff are quite demeaning and let you know how much of their time you are taking up. If you don't get them on the first call you get sent to the operator. The operator can't schedule an appointment, confirm an appointment or even see their schedule. I stayed on hold 20 minutes and was dropped the first time to simply leave a message asking for an appointment. I called back the next day to see if the front desk got the message. They didn't pick up and once again I was sent to an operator. They never called me back. After three days I got through to the front desk ladies. The same thing happened when I had the infection. In the two months I didn't see them they remained just as disrespectful, and they let me know I should have called sooner if I was in this much pain. They then set my appointment with Dr. Rollert a week and a half out.
