I had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago and to be honest, I was extremely nervous. But, Dr. Rafetto completely calmed me and I truly felt at home. He was very witty and kind and gentle and I never felt scared when he was around me. Also, his staff had a great sense of humor and proved to me that everything would be just fine. He is a wonderful doctor and overall person and I would recommend him to anyone!
About Front Desk: The front desk staff was helpful, but sometimes it seemed as though they did not want to help me and my family. They tended to have an attitude and did not smile often. When we asked questions, they were hostile and rude. Other than that, they were very helpful to us.

Dr. Rafetto did a wonderful job with removing my 3 wisdom teeth. I had to have this removed later in life and experience no pain and followed all directions provided preop and everything went smoothly.
About Front Desk: Office staff extremely helpful and friendly. Terry his nurse is patient, kind and wonderful asset to his team.

When my son was in middle school Dr. Rafetto attached a hook unto a tooth that was growing into another tooth; last Thursday he removed my son's wisdom teeth. We were glad that we chose to use the laughing gas during the procedure and the Oxycodone for the first 12 hours. Everything went smoothly. The doctor called the next day to check up on him and returned a phone call promptly over the weekend. The office was very professional and took plenty of time to explain everything to him, as well as, to me.

I had a tooth extraction this am.It was obvious that the practice is very busy,but I never felt rushed or hurried.Dr Rafetto and his staff are all pleasant,engaging and professional. If I ever need the services of an oral surgeon again,I will be calling Terry for an appt. with Dr. Rafetto.
