From time I walked into office to the time I left TWO hrs later, I was totally disgusted. I was a new patient,downloaded all the usual forms to "save time" when I got there. Front desk person was on personal phone call entire time she interacted with me. Very inappropriate and loud show on TV. Only a couple of patients waiting...I spent 1-1/2 HRS waiting! when I asked about this the gal in front called to the back to tell them "the patient is ready"!! When Friedman walked into the examining room, he made no eye contact, didn't say a word. I purposely asked him who he was!He was arrogant, sarcastic and laughed at what another DR.prescribed for me. Was very quick to tell me about the high costs of what he might be able to do and was very adamant that my insurance company would NOT pay for anything. I was shocked at the unprofessional manner of the staff and the DR. I would NEVER go back there and waste my time, let alone recommend him to others. I reported this to the insurance company.

Dr. Friedman is one of the most comprehensive and experienced Implant Surgeons in the country. This man knows what he is doing. I felt no pain and I can't believe how quickly he accomplished the procedure. Know wonder why most dentist refer patients to him
