even before getting treatment the dr wants to be paid from the customer even if the customer has valid dental coverage for the proceedure. it seems as though he may have had unsuccessful treatment and unsatisfied customers in the past.
We customers just want our problemes solved and at the hand of a proffessional who is not looking at how much he can get.
About Front Desk: At first they seemed ok, esspecially if you give them money. however if you ask too many questions they some become very unfriendly and want you to not ask anything. They are not polite over the phone if you are asking for money back and if you ask them to understand your concerns. I would not recomend this company or this Doctor to anyone.

Dr. Demmick took over a botched job by another oral surgeon in our area, and he not only performed the surgery perfectly, but his bed side manner was exemplary! 5 stars!!! I will use him again if needed- :~D
