Dr. English came with great reviews from my peers in the medical field. I made sure he was in my Net-work for Dentistry as I've had many Dentist that told me as I got older I would have problems with Torres. Well now I'm older and having problems. He point blank stated " Insurance Co. would not reimburse him enough to do the surgery as it timely and difficult and just not worth his time" I had just come from my annual cleaning and x-rays and brought an referral.
They took more X-rays and are billing me as he didn't put in for doing surgery. Now I'm left with a Bill for x-rays I had done a few days before as Insurance isn't going to pay twice. He could have just lifted my tongue and said not worth my time.
About Front Desk: Didn't listen to me that I just had a full panel x-ray done. Didn't pull up records in Met to see what they would get paid for. Not recommend this office at all.

I had a tooth extraction. Staff is super friendly and Dr.English has the best chair-side manner. He explains everything in detail. I thought he was a little high on the cost, however, the treatment and follow up was well worth every penny.

I am a former patient. I had to have my wisdom teeth surgically extracted due to them being impacted. The staff was very pleasant. Dr. English was very personable and professional. He explained exactly what was going on with the teeth and why they had the impact (pain) I was experiencing. It has been several years since I last saw them but I am currently referring my mother to him.
