I am replying to a negative review regarding the referral to an oral cancer patient for treatment of hyperbarriac prior to teeth extractions by Dr. Frank Sutherland. (I am a critical care RN). Please go to the “oral cancer site” oralcancer.org and read that the recommendations for patients with oral cancer who received radiation needing teeth extractions.

Apparently the non compliant patient MADE UP his review based on his own “opinion” and absolutely NO medically trained persons/facility would have ever said such utter fodder as NOT agreeing with Dr.Sutherland’s recommendations. This patient is lying or has hugely misunderstood what the truth is behind his condition and the consequences of not following the advice and guidelines of the medically trained and experts. Dr. Sutherland has over 30 years experience as an EXPERT Board Certified Surgeon. This patient wrote a poor review because he didn’t want to follow the rules. Not one word of his “poor” negative rating is based on any truths. But rather an untrained, uneducated non-compliant patients OPINION. He’s full of fodder.

I am an oral cancer patient seeking a professional oral surgeon. This ain't the guy.
I needed 3 lower teeth pulled to get dentures. Then Frank told me about possible infection relating to radiation I had to my mouth. He told me without treatment,now listen to this; I would die! Not maybe,I would die. With hyperbaric treatment I would probably die. That's it, no option.
I went through 2 months,5 days a week,2 1/2 hrs. daily of hyperbaric treatments.
Then I made an appt. for surgery. I was told there would be no surgery because I needed a blood test (now get this)from the day before!
ENOUGH!
Be patient, I'm summarizing now.
Went to Loyola dental hospital. I was informed I didn't need hyperbaric,they don't have the chambers for it,and don't recommend it. What they do is medicinal, 2 pills a day. That's it. Frank didn't bring this up. He made the decision for me. He doesn't have that right. I hate him. Considering suing his arrogant ass.
