I am 48. Dr. Livesay sold me on getting my wisdom teeth out. I only needed 3 teeth out. 5 days after the surgery I found myself in terrible pain. I was told before the surgery that if I needed to get in touch with the doctor, anytime is okay. In practice it was a much different story. It took over an hour, during business hours just to get through to his office. When I finally did, in pain, his staff (Tammy) was very rude to me and then told me I have to wait till the doctor calls me back. Wide treatment options prior to surgery turned in 2 treatment options in reality, and one was to hospitalize me for the pain. Pain I had been complaining about since the surgery, was only answered with drugs. 4 months later I am told to see another doctor, and endodonist. This should have been addressed months before. I spent 4 months in pain due to his inattention. Once paid, he was very difficult to work with. For the money he charges, good surgeon, not helpful after.
