Horrible experience . The oral surgery was a wide awake nightmare. I was shaking, but they held my head still and kept going. I could hear the teeth being removed and plunking in the tray. After surgery, I asked if he knew that I was crying, and he said no. But he also said that they stopped to let me blow my nose several times! His assistant, wife, was rude to the staff and to me . Also found out too late that another of his patients has to use temporary adhesive to keep implants in for the rest of their life and the "twilight sleep" they administered did not put them under either. They were totally aware of everything , just as I was. Still in pain and going to another surgeon for follow up.

Dr. Kakos took my impacted wisdom teeth out many years ago and I went out to dinner the following night! I recommended him to many people over the years, all who later returned to thank me for doing so. Recently, Dr. Kakos removed my son's wisdom teeth. Excellent service! And when I called about concerns, none of that smug you shouldn't have called stuff, but immediate and compassionate help and information. Excellent service all around including a professional, caring, and personable staff.

This has been by far the best experience I've ever had in a dentist or doctor's office. Everything runs like clockwork, the staff is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind.
Dr. Kakos explained everything to me up front, including costs. There were no surprises.
The best part of the experience is that you're never left alone in a room wondering how long it will be until you see someone. A staff member is with you from the time you're taken back until you leave. I actually look forward to my visits.
