Dr Jensen was an hour and a half late for my consultation. When he got there he was shaking all over the place, was jittery, and it seemed like he needed a drug fix. He wanted to do the surgery right there and then, and said that I wouldn’t need to have any real pain medicine for it. I later had the surgery done from a different oral surgeon, and it had to be done in a hospital where I was sedated to have a cyst removed from my jaw bone. There is no way this idiot could’ve performed the surgery in his general office with no sedation for me. I couldn’t eat solid food for eight weeks, and Dr. Jensen told me after my surgery I could just drive right home. This guy is a quack. He is now indicted on drug charges for tampering with consumer products and taking the fentanyl for himself.
About Front Desk: The front staff seem shady, and Kathy did not want to answer questions about insurance coverage. They wanted me to pay all fees upfront and then see what I could get reimbursed later.
