My son had his wisdom teeth pulled. I am a single mother of 3. I attempted several times to contact the office to make a payment plan. I received no response. The Dr. then hired a lawyer who sent a police officer after my son while riding his bike to summons him to court. EVERY other office I have worked with has been terrific about payment plans...not this one.
About Front Desk: rude and not responsive to phone calls or written requests for a payment plan.

Extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth.
The administrative staff was very helpful and made multiple calls on my behalf to my insurance provider to work out the payment.
The procedure was rather quick. I had no bruising, minimal swelling and no excessive bleeding. The pain wasn't all that bad, nothing that the prescribed meds couldn't handle for the following week or so. All in all, it turned out a lot better than what I was expecting after hearing so many horror stories.
I plan to return to Dr. Flanagan for any future oral surgeries I will require.

Flanagan removed my wisdom teeth this past summer. I was very happy with the procedure until it came time to settle the bill. I got one bill, paid it immediately then started receiving letters from a law firm trying to collect debts for the procedure. Apparently my bill got sent to them before it ever got sent to me and now I'm supposedly responsible for the $250 attorney fee. I am still fighting the law firm and the office. They will tell me things over the phone but they refuse to put them in writing so they can bail on what they said later, charge me more money, and leave me without evidence of what they told me. I would not only not recommend this dentist but I would discourage going there because of the hassle, anxiety, and money that this will cost afterward.

She took all my teeth out that is what I wanted and I have had very little pain with it and my mouth is heal the Dr. and the staff ware the greatest help in making me fell alright and have no worries about the procedure. I would recemend her to anyone. Great place

I had other Surgeons claim that my jaw would have to be broken to remove my wisdom teeth. Dr.Flanagan removed them using iv sedation and I never felt a thing. Alot of my friends had horror stories about their wisdom teeth removal mine was nothing but pleasurable. I had no swelling, no pain, I even stopped at panera bread on the way home. I have and will continue to reccomend her to all of my friends and family for all of their oral surgery needs.

My daughter had surgery here and she was a little nerves at first. The procedure went well and in a timely manner. My daughter had a little discomfort afterwards but overall we were happy with professionalism of Dr. Flanagan and her team.
