I highly recommend Dr. Provenzano. I was referred to him by my family dentist for a difficult tooth extraction. His staff filed the insurance paperwork. The entire procedure went smoothly and was painless . The doctor and his entiire staff were very friendly and cheerful.

He was amazing! Quick, efficient, and I had no pain whatsoever. I got married the next day and didn't even have any swelling. He removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. Really great experience. Would recommend to anyone

Dr. Provenzano did my autistic son's wisdom teeth extractions and was calming, patient and had a very good bed side manner. I was very much impressed with Dr. Provenzano's skill and kindness towards my son. Michael was pleased with the results and the office staff was also first rate. The insurance picked up most of the cost so it was affordable on our budget. I would highly recommend Dr. Provenzano to anyone with a special needs child or anyone who needed an excellent oral surgeon....bar none he's #1 in my book.

i had jaw surgery on june 2nd 2010 because my bath teeth touch but front never have in my life. I stayed the night in the hospital over night just one night for upper jaw surgery the hospital was great nice staff and everything. The pain was bad at first but the thing that bugged me was my top jaw being numb for 3 months and all the appliances in my mouth but over all the outcome was amazing!

I had my wisdom teeth pull out. Dr. Provenzano numb me up and took very good care of me. I would go to him all the time if I could. He also was very helpful about what I should do after my surgery. Thank you so much, Dr. Provenzano.

My wife had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Provenzano in the spring of 2010. The procedure resulted in her losing any sensation of taste on one side of her tongue. She contacted him a week after surgery and was completely dismissive of her symptons and he said that was not possible (which it is with the lingual nerve being severed).
In a testament to his knowledge, he insisted that generic, over-the-counter painkillers are not the same as their brand name equivalents.
This was a horrible experience. We were treated in an unprofessional before the surgery, the surgery was sloppy and possible permanent nerve damage was done, and we were treated in a manner afterwards that was more about him covering his rear than trying to resolve that problem.

Went to Dr. Provenzano for an extraction. Having never had a tooth pulled I was apprehensive. He immediately put me at ease and assured me I would feel nothing, and he was right. I was in the chair shortly after 8am and walking out of the office by 8:30. Procedure was pain free and quick. I was able to return to work that day and had no lingering issues aftward. I highly recommend him.

The first time I arrived at Dr. Provenza's office, the doctor, good naturedly calling himself a "subcontractor," simply cracked a another joke or two and then literally rolled up his sleeves and went to work. His chair-side manner is positively the best I've ever seen, he's confident (which helped to create confidence on my part) and calm, even though he works quickly. As far as I'm concerned, his work cannot be faulted in any way.
I felt no pain, the cost was substantially less than my general dentist and my insurance was processed without a hitch.
I will be seeing Dr. Provenzano again on August 5. 2008. What higher praise is there?!
