Very surprised to see people whom had issues with Dr. Ross. I had my teeth pulled 25 years ago, my wife, her family and my kids used Dr. Ross. He is great. 20 min, in and out for 4 teeth, no issues, no complications in every case.

My children have had numerous teeth extracted over the years with great service , bedside manner and many smiles and laughs before, during and after surgery. We adore Dr. Ross.

Dr. Ross removed my daughter's impacted wisdom teeth. The removal was so rough that he killed the tooth next to the extracted tooth (requiring a root canal), and caused TMJ problems that have caused ongoing pain and cost thousands of dollars for treatment over the past few years. He also left a piece of the tooth in, which required a subsequent extraction, and was not helpful (until I absolutely demanded it) in dealing with the pain caused by the fact that she ended up with 2 dry sockets (which was not his fault....this can happen in any extraction procedure). The office seemed like a tooth extraction factory. I would NEVER go to Dr. Ross again.

Very rude and unprofessional staff - they treat patients like a DMV office, both on the phone and in person. The surgery results were fine, but so are they with most other surgeons; I would find treatment success elsewhere to avoid dealing with the poor service overall.

I run out of superlatives when writing about Dr Ross. He performed major surgery on my son's upper and lower jaws, and everything worked out beautifully. We had constant access to him -- in person, by phone and by e-mail -- before and after the surgery, and he was very reassuring and meticulous in his work. He is also personally very warm and likable. I would recommend him for any dental surgical procedure. He is the best, and I speak from some experience.

Dr. Ross has removed 12 teeth from my young son in two separate procedures and made it painless and pleasant both times. The second time, my son was not at all afraid to go back and do it again! That says a lot. We were very happy with his work and our son's quick recovery.

He was great, fast and everything worled out great. He took out four impacted wisdome teeth and I was basically up and walking feeling good after one day. I am very pleased.
