tooth extraction was brutal inadequate sedation and novacaine, physician does not attend to patients needs when patient raises hand for him to stop and listen.Physican yells and belittels patient when patient tries to get his attention by raising hand to stop. instead of asking what the patient needs he yell s "put your hand down" and let him do his work, does not take needs of patient into consideration.( raised hand is a universal message in most dentist offices that the patient is in need of something)Does not take time to numb patient and allow a time for numbing medication to work, or check to ensure patient is numb prior to starting extractions.staff in gneral are rude on the phone and unprofessional,not wanting to take time to answer questions. Hurrys patients thru process no empathy, poor customer service/Poor communication skills with patients.
Offers sedation but it is inadequate and not titrated to the patients needs.
Staff very rude and do not like to answer questions, state if you don't lie how we run things go find another dentist.
I would not recomend this Doctor to anyone.
