Dr Ruskin, performed an unnecessary orbital X-Ray on me, saying that it was a requirement to remove a tooth.
Dr. James Schultz sent me to Dr. Ruskin and claimed it was not necessar to to so.
After the X-Ray Ruskin told me that my hair may fallout and if it does not come back within a year or so he could refer me to a good Dr. to fix the hair loss.
My hair did fall out and Ruskin was Negligent in his duties to inform me prior to preforming the XRay and Negligent in over
exposing me X-Ray.
