I had two impacted wisdom teeth that had to be stitched and two regular wisdom teeth pulled. The procedure it self was great no pain. I was in lots of pain days after an could barely talk until five days later unless i was on vicodin an motrin.the surgeon would not give me a dr note for work for any days. Not even when i had developed a dry socket and had to go back to get it packed. Hopefully i wont lose my job.
