DO NOT GO HERE! WORST DENTIST IN THE WORLD! He should have his licence taken away.
I would not say this unless I was very serious. I understand this is someones lively hood but I need to protect people from having their teeth ruined like mine were.
1. He is so cheap you don't even get shots when they are drilling on you
2. I was in and out of his office for months while he was trying to correct his mistake, in the process I spent a ton of money. I have always had very healthy teeth and I got a few cavities all he had to do was fill them and in the process he destroyed an entire tooth.
3. What set me over the edge? - Just this morning ANOTHER filling fell out while I was flossing!
4. I went to another dentist, and actual good one and he was in SHOCK at what a BAD job DR. Machado did - in actual SHOCK!
5. The perfectly healthy tooth he destroyed (and I know it was healthy because I requested the x-rays and got a second opinion) was in constant pain until I got major work done by another dentist to fix the MISTAKE!!!
6. The worst part is, Dr. Machado did not even apologize, it was really disappointing.
7. I should have known by his crappy office and second hand equipment - next time I will trust my gut.

I've been going to Dr. Machado's office for 9+ years.
His staff is amazingly friendly. They always remember me and ask how I and my kids are doing. They are always very complimentary "(you're doing something different with your hair, I really like your shirt". Yes, on the surface, socially chatty, but it makes me feel like I'm visiting friends. This makes the overall atmosphere for me feel relaxed and comfortable.
Dr. Machado is a very empathetic person and is very responsive to possible/subtle nuckle-tightening on the chair arms when I am feeling anxiety. He immediately recognizes this and will take a couple minutes for a time-out to ask how I am feeling and what he can be doing differently to make me more comfortable. I remember a specific incidence when I was pregnant and needed to have some work done. The shots made me feel light-headed/woozy and he dug into HIS OWN LUNCH to give me his orange juice - straw and all - that brought me back to normal.
I have had THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, of dollars of work done on my teeth (insert childhood dental baggage here - never had ANY preventative treatment, cleaning or otherwise) and I have never regretted a single penny spent on him.
He is amazing with his communication...

Dr Machado and his staff are very pleasant, and are quite good at creating a relaxing (or as relaxing as dentistry gets!) environment. I recommend him to my friends & family.
