It's hard to believe the negative reviews when I had such a pleasant and successful surgery with Dr. Ballin and all of his staff. The office is incredibly efficient and outstandingly friendly. Customer service is rare these days but when I walked into his office, I immediately felt safe and in good hands. Dr. Ballin is a skilled professional and knows the quickest tricks to remove a tooth. I had general anesthetic and was in and out of his office in less than an hour. I recovered quickly and without hardly any pain. I don't like to write reviews but when I do, it's for a good reason. Dr. Ballin is superb at what he does!

Simply the best patient/doctor experience I've ever encountered. A true professional. Surgery was painless and the follow up by the doctor was much appreciated.

I went in to have a tooth removed and then get a dental implant. Dr. Ballin was very careless and PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH. He said he'd pay to have them both fixed then called me and said I'm not paying for #%# nothing. Then I found out he's had his license temporarily taken away in the past. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him.

Wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor actually did a follow-up telephone call six hours after the surgery and reassured me. I know the follow-up appointment will be smooth.

Excellent customer service by support staff. Dr. Ballin was exemplary in his approach, treatment and follow-through. Very caring about me as a patient. Always takes the time to call the evening of the surgery to see how i am doing. Works on helping to prevent pre-cancerous lesions from re-occurring. Surgery on the tongue is very painful, but I received written information, support with meds and cleansing procedures. Payment on the day of surgery was difficult and I have not received word from my insurance carrier if they are going to pay anything towards the surgery...so that is the only downside.

The surgery in itself went well, I had my wisdom teeth removed and there was very little pain and it was an overall success. My complaint, however, is that Dr. Ballin failed to tell me, despite my blunt questioning, that the amoxycillin I was prescribed makes the Birth Control Pill significantly less effective. This is something that every doctor/ pharmacist is required to tell their patients and this is an extreme disappointment.

no problems with my wisdom teeth extractions. Called me the day after to make sure everything was okay.

He extracted 10 teeth included in that is 4 wisdom. There was complications as far as it being a difficult surgery. He was confident and all I can say is that i wouldn't go to anyone else. he is a great surgeon!

For Oral Surgery he is the best I have ever had and I am 66 years old
