I went in to thier Bridgeton office to have 2 teeth removed. While I was there I had some heart problems so even though I had paid $375.00. I had to rescedule. In order to get an earlier date I had to go to there office in O'fallon. Once I got back in the room the dentist tried to numb the extraction site and it caused some VERY serious pain. He then said that I would have to be put to sleep in order to extract these teeth. So since I had not ate yet I was able to come back about 3 hours later. I paid another $385.00. In order to be put to sleep. Finally after all of this the teeth where succesfully pulled. A month later I got my statement from insurance. They charged my insurance for the extractions twice. Once at the Bridgeton Office another at thier O' fallon office. WOW!
