I originally made my appointment on a Friday and instead of calling me they call my wife to change the appointment time. On that same day they called two other times to change the appointment. I arrived late to my appointment and was greeted with rude customer service. They were saying I needed to hurry up because they were waiting on me. So I finished the paperwork and had to sit in the lobby. If they were in such a hurry why wasn't I taken directly back to the doctor. The procedure did not take long but the doctor seemed rushed and was consistently pulling on my face like he was in a hurry. If this appointment was such an inconvenience why was it just not cancelled. Worst experience ever!!!!

Dr. Tanner performed 2 extractions after the horrible root canal experience with Dr. Wollard -(who cracked and ruined 2 of my molars). Dr. Tanner and his team were fast, friendly and efficient in removing the 2 teeth. Would definately recommend this oral surgeon to others! A++

When I needed a wisdom tooth extraction, Dr. Tanner was recommended to me by a friend who herself had experience with him and said he is "one of the top oral surgeons in the area." He did an excellent job. It was very fast, expertly done and with very minimal pain. He was patient with my nervousness and explained everything as he went along. He also called me later to follow up which was a nice touch. I have had negative experiences with dentists in the past, but after my visit with Dr. Tanner I feel much more positive!

Dr. Tanner extracted two teeth. He did an excellent job. It was 100% pain free. He was very nice as well. He called me that evening to check on me and make sure I was doing ok. Dr. Tanner will also be doing my jaw surgery and I hear he is one of the best.

When I had an extraction Dr. Tanner pulled the wrong tooth, blammed it on the referring dentist, and did not apologize for his mistake.
I understand everyone makes mistakes, but he didn't even have the decency to apologize or offer to help fix my problem of now having to get a bridge or and implant to correct his mistake.
