Myself and my family have been dealing with years of fallout from Dr Mary Ditto's extremely fraudulent and shoddy dental practices. She uses her winning personality and cutsey office setting, to secure believers, but don't let it fool you.
During the years following our initial visits during the mid 2000's we have found out from seeing X-rays from GOOD dentists (who were shocked), that instead of removing old silver fillings from countless teeth of our family members (4 of us), she had just pretended to! She just filed down the old silver, and covered these very old fillings with acrylic, so they would appear to have been replaced! She proceeded to cause cracks in a total of 6 of our molars and multiple other teeth (in all of our family members). Over the years, this required thousands of dollars of root canals, crowns, and caps to repair what were otherwise simple fillings that would have lasted nearly a lifetime.
For years, one of her friends relentlessly worked on me to have Dr. Ditto replace all of my family's old silver fillings. Relentlessly, until finally when we had saved up enough money, we went to her--to the tune of thousands of dollars.
Also, I am totally normal and healthy, never had a problem with any kind of anesthesia whatsoever (even for oral surgery), and during more than one visit she was unable to numb my gum sufficiently and simply gave up for those visits.
She NEVER replaced any silver fillings--not one--and ruined a total of 38 teeth between the four of us, many needing root canals, crowns, or caps. We do not have the time or money to file a malpractice suit, and can only hope that people BEWARE of this extremely fraudulent dentist.
About Front Desk: Her friend worked on me for YEARS to have my family's silver fillings replaced. Complete scam, as she covered up the old fillings with acrylic!!!

Dr. Ditto was able to help my children over come serious concerns they had due to poor dentistry in both their childhoods.
My son was unable to find a dentist who could properly numb his mouth, and was told repeatedly that he was faking or being a baby. When we came to Dr. Ditto she had several patients with this problem and found the right numbing agent for him.
My daughter had been literally yelled at and threatened by a dentist. Dr. Ditto was so kind and by educating my daughter on the process as she went, was able to gain her confidence. Wonderful!!

I went to Dr. Mary Ditto because i was referred to by a friend of mine who has been going to her for years. I was having a problem with my one tooth. After i spoke to the doctor she told me that i would need a crown, so i went and did the procedure and she made a mold of my teeth, and a few weeks later i went in, she fitted the tooth and i was on my way. I thought the doctor was very professional and i was happy with my crown until a couple of weeks after it fell off. I called and made another appointment and went in and she put it back on. Then a week after that it fell off again. Well at that time i was getting fed up and i decided to go to another dentist so they could place my crown back on themselves. When i saw my new doctor he explained to me that my previous dentist, Dr. Ditto, either didn't do the proper procedure for my crown or the lab made a mistake, that the crown wasn't long enough and that's why my crown kept falling off. Well, lets just say i was very mad at that time, so i decided to pay for a new crown out of my own pocket from my new dentist. Once i had my new crown put on, it did feel a little different from my last crown and i have had it on my tooth for 3 months and so far it has not fallen off. One day a couple of weeks ago i decided on my own to pay the doctor a visit and tell her i was not happy with my crown and i wanted a refund. While i was waiting out in the waiting room, i heard the doctor talking to the receptionist and i could not believe how rude and mean she was being to the receptionist, i guess the receptionist made a little mistake and the doctor was really giving her a hard time. I couldn't believe that, i thought the doctor was very professional, but i guess when she thinks no one is around her real personality comes out. I waited until the doctor walked away and i left and never returned. My overall experience with the doctor is not good and i just thought she was very unprofessional with her staff and to me it seemed like she was a bully. I would never recommend this doctor to any of my friends and i told my friend who referred me to her to never refer me to any more of her doctors, i will find my own doctors myself.

Your Dentist, along with your hairdresser Gynocologist, is one of the most important people in your life and once you find one you love, you never want to change.
Dr. Ditto can talk on any subject, her methods are modern, clean, quick and easy, prices are fair and the overall environment of her offices is peaceful.
About Hygienist: On top of that, the cleaning are PAINLESS!! Because they use modern equipment, they are using the tools that vibrate the plaque off your teeth instead of scrapping!! Wonderful.

Dr. Ditto is great at putting patients at ease with her friendly attitude and conversational manner. She does not hesitate to explain procedures and answer questions. I appreciate the fact that she only resorts to X-ray scanning if absolutely needed. Her staff have always been friendly and professional. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. The flower garden at the entry makes one feel that they are visiting someones home rather than a dental office.
