Dr. Gandy is very special. His staff is kind and efficient and his office is beautiful. Money is very tight at my household, and Dr. Gandy works with you on payment. The procedures Dr. Gandy did on my implant were painless and he was so gentle--and encouraging. He has this system which is unusual for new patients too: you go to his website and fill out a new patient registration form (at home where you have all the information you need to fill it all out), then you print it, sign it, and take it in with you on your first visit. It is so much better than racking your brain while in the waiting room and filling out the new patient information form while there--trying to remember what medications you are taking, people's. phone numbers, etc. I will recommend Dr. Gandy to anyone who needs an oral surgeon (I've had lots of experience with oral surgeons, as my teeth have never been easy to manage.) Thank you, Dr. Gandy! You are a true gentleman.
About Front Desk: Even over the phone, when I made my first appointment and was asking about the fees, to the time when I was actually at the office for my visits, this staff is excellent: kind, competent, and efficient. I wish all doctors' staff were as good as Dr. Gandy's.
