We unfortunately but fortunately met Dr Gaines while my boyfriend was in Neuro ICU after a motorcycle crash. My boyfriend had a lefort fracture (3 facial fractures). The surgery to repair required 4 small plates and 16 screws. To look at him today, you would NEVER know it. He looks exactly the same. Very little pain afterwards. Dr. Gaines made several follow up appts in the hospital and we have also had two follow up appts in his office.
Best bedside manner, great patience, very informative, takes the time to answer all questions and awesome surgeon!

Dr Gaines is the best. I have had 2 extractions and 1 implant done by him. He is very calm and soothing and he knows what he is doing. Not only is he great, but his staff is great. He has the same employees for at least the last 7 years which is very reassuring.
Highly recommended.

Dr. Gaines is really nice, and was highly recommended by a couple dentists that I asked. He was considered the best. He did a great job on 2 implants I had to have. If I need additional work, I would definitely see Dr. Gaines again
