Extremely professional Dr. and staff. I had 10 teeth extracted and bone surgery. Absolutely painless during and after both procedures.

Removal of four wisdom teeth, two impacted with IV anesthesia. I had continued pain with one tooth & they wouldn't schedule me to see the surgeon. They called in another antibiotic & said it was because of the bacteria in my mouth. Had a dry socket & went to my regular dentist to get it taken care of - some of the worst pain ever. Found out Dr Hasson had his license suspended in 2011 for some major damage to several patients jaw nerves & bones. Wish I had researched him first. He is practicing on a probationary license. Would not recommend him.

About Front Desk: Office mgr was rude concerning insurance card which Delta dental does not provide, they use my dads name, SS#, DOB & my military ID. She tried to make me pay cash for the initial eval because she wouldn't go online to verify it & my referring dentist is closed on Friday & I couldn't get my mom on the phone. She wouldn't file our health insurance which had coverage for the anesthesia because she said our dentist didn't know what they were talking about even though my mom verified the coverage so she costs us $350. My parents ended up paying $977 up front out of pocket, but found out after the insurance paid we only owed $783. They took almost 60 days to refund our money. I think they inflated the estimate, hoping we wouldn't notice so they could keep the extra. My mom was repeatedly hung up on & the office manager/insurance person wouldn't return calls about getting the money. She finally had to threaten court action to get it.

Went for a consultation about 4 months ago. Was informed I had to pay full cost and would be reimbursed when insurance paid their part. After checking around and hearing about Dr. Hasson's lackluster reputation and how expensive they were, I decided to have the treatment elsewhere. After three calls to the office, I was repeatedly told that Dr. Hasson was the only one who could approve and sign the $80 refund check. So another month later and no contact from their office, I had to follow up again and chase the money down. If you like an efficient, reasonably priced oral surgeon, look elsewhere.

The downfall to all this good work is I had received a phone call at 8:58 pm from Dr. Hasson himself. He was doing a regular after surgery call to see how I was doing. . Now I will remind you that I had only been on my feet for a total of 5 minutes the whole day. I advised the doctor that I would use my homemade ice pack after I make my honey his sandwhich. He then caught an attitude really quick and said. Maybe I did not make myself clear you just had surgery you need to be on the couch flipping the remote. So dont call me on Saturday and complain about pain and swelling. I then thought he was playing and laughed with him and said yes sir. I got you and then I didn't hear anything. He hung up on me. I told my boyfriend about what he had said. So I called him back and he said in a rude tone. Who the hell is this. I said its English you just called me. I'm calling to see if you were playing or just being rude and want to know why. He then repeated himself and said maybe I didn't make myself clear. You obviously care more about your honey then you do yourself. It was honey this and honey that. So if you don't give a shit I dont give a shit. So dont fuc*** call me on Saturday and complain.
