Been to this doctor few times and to my wisdom teeth out. I had a lot of pain after and now I have TMJ since then. Its hard to prove it since there are so many reasons for TMJ but from my experience (pain & headaches), it started since then and the doctor just says, oh everything looks ok but now one side of my face is permentantly swollen and I get pains when I eat. Wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. Also, this doctor's office still collect ppl social security number as well as you insurance ID number, even after they had their patients identity stolen. It is not necessary to give doctors office your SS# based on my insurance company but the staff at the docs office refuses to accept that. I find that really shady since the identity theft could've been done by one of the employees.
About Front Desk: Very rude. I heard some patients identities were stolen and I wonder if its these staffs doing.
Front desk:
I know this doctor: 3 year

My 17 year old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed during the same visit. Dr. Spinnato was very thorough and professional. There were no complications and although naturally a difficult procedure to endure, she was fine in just a few days. The only drawback is that he did not take my insurance. I had to submit it on my own.

I never saw the doctor i hear he is wonderful. the staff is horrible. the girl who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Then when i called back in pain a nicer secretary answered but was more concered with if i went to work that day. I assume she was trying to imply that if i was in that much pain i should have called earlier. I would have just accepted that the doctor was not available. luckily i found another dentist 2 blocks from him that took me right away after 5pm on a thursday and his fees were half the amount. His office was beautiful and his staff were wonderful. dr. spinnato should get rid of his trash. there are many nice people looking for jobs. I have worked in healthcare for 15 years and i would never think to treat a patient that way.

She's a fantastically nice lady... she has made me feel comfortable and at ease, even if I'm not always thrilled to be there.

My 16 year old son had an accident that resulted in mutlple breaks in his jaw. Needless to say we were all worried about the outcome when told he would need surgery. Firstly, Dr. Spinnato did a fabulous job repairing the jaw. He remained wired for 8 weeks (his smile was also perfected and that was a plus). In the hospital, Dr. Spinnato assured us he would be fine and and he was. My husband and I were emotional wrecks. We are very grateful to him, his partner (who would see our son at anytime if Dr. Spinnato was unavailable, which he never really was) and his staff they are all top of the line. Never a wait for an appointment, call them at anytime and they are accomodating, pleasant and helpful, they spoke to my son and myself and answered any of our questions without hesitation always thinking of my son first keeping him calm. They made a horrific experience much easier to deal with. Even help with our insurance claim, filing of forms and such. We thank them.
