This guy is fantastic. I never liked going to the dentist before I went to this office. Now, I actually look forward to my appointments because everyone is just so nice. My family also goes here, and they love it.
About Hygienist: Again, fantastic service. I can't say enough about the staff. They make my family feel welcome and well cared for.

Dr. Chu is a great dentist. He is very firendly. Does great work. And was wonderful with my anxious husband & kids.
Billing in the office, however, is horrible. 7 months of being told everything is fine with my account and refusing to accept payment for a possible co-pay until they hear back from the insurance simply covered up the fact that they had not been billing the insurance company correctly or at all. So they had no idea what my co-pay was.
My understanding is that the front office has all been let go and they are seeking replacements now.
About Hygienist: very thorough. best cleaning I have ever had.

Dr. Chu is very low key and relaxing. Services provided covered checkups, x-rays, cleanings and crowns. He is gentle about the procedures (shots, etc). Office billing sometimes got behind and it was difficult to reconcile bills. Procedures were recommended (crowns) that did not seem to be needed.

Dr. Chu is an exalent dentist, very calm and reasurring personality!
I highly reccomend him and his staff.
